J4MESOX4D is 100% spot on this, as some Streamers make dummy accounts, get it banned, or make a dummy account, because their main account got banned, and claim they can remove VAC bans, or claim they been false-positive, in most cases, if you see their profile address, you will see they're using different accounts clearly as that be their mistake getting themselves fault in their own lies.
